03Customer research data

Research data you process through SigmatoeOS is treated as confidential and is isolated to your environment. Customer data is never used to train shared or third-party models.

For regulated deployments, Sigmatoe can be deployed entirely within your own private cloud or on-premise environment, so that research data never leaves your control.

04Legal bases for processing

Where applicable, we process personal data on the bases of contract performance, our legitimate interests in operating the business, your consent, and compliance with legal obligations under UK GDPR and other relevant laws.

05Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share information only with service providers who process data on our behalf under contract, or where required by law.
