By accessing or using the Sigmatoe website or the SigmatoeOS platform (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

02Eligibility and accounts

You must be authorized to enter into these terms on behalf of yourself or your organization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

03Acceptable use

• Do not use the Services to violate any law or regulation.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Services.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to process.
• Do not use the Services to infringe the rights of others.

04Intellectual property

The Services, including all software, designs, and content provided by Sigmatoe, are owned by Sigmatoe or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the research data and content you provide.

05Customer data and outputs

You retain ownership of data you submit and of the findings generated for you. You are responsible for validating outputs before relying on them for regulated or clinical decisions. SigmatoeOS is a decision-support tool and does not replace professional or regulatory judgment.

06Service availability

We aim to provide reliable Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

07Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

08Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sigmatoe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services.

09Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
